1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (  ).
2. From the drop-down list, under the Labor section, select Planning.
   The Planning screen appears in a separate tab.
3. Click Start/Update next to Generate Rooms Forecast in the task list.
   The Generate Rooms Forecast dialog box appears.
   
4. Select a Start Date and an End Date. 
5. Click OK.
   A status window appears.
