New notification emails (WATSON-15766)

This release includes two new notification emails for UniFocus Mobile App users:

  • Swap Requests—In previous releases, if an employee (Employee 1) submitted a Swap Request to another employee (Employee 2) but then canceled that request before Employee 2 could respond, Employee 2 did not receive a notification about the cancelation. In this release, if Employee 1 submits a Swap Request and then cancels that request before Employee 2 can respond, Employee 2 will receive the following notification email: “{Name of Employee 1} has canceled their request to swap shifts with you. {Swap Details}.”
  • Give Aways—In previous releases, if an employee (Employee 1) submitted a Give Away request to another employee (Employee 2) and both the manager and Employee 2 approved the Give Away request, only Employee 2 received a notification about the approval. In this release, if Employee 1 submits a Give Away request to Employee 2 and both the manager and Employee 2 approve, Employee 1 receives the following message verifying that the manager has approved the Give Away request: “{Name of manager} has approved your request to give away your shift to {Employee 2}.”
