Configurable format for employee names in Mobile screens  (15847)

In the Mobile setup tab (System Setup ( Image Added ) > Mobile), Property Administrators can now configure the employee name format to control how employees view each other's names in the UniFocus Mobile App.

Configurable name formats include:

  • Display Name—Examples: John Smith; Smith, John; John; John S.

    Note: The display name is configured in Employee Maintenance.

  • First Name / Last Initial—Example: John S.
  • First Name/ Last 3 numbers of the Employee ID— Example: John, 456.
  • First Name /Last Initial / Last 3 numbers of the Employee ID— Example: John S., 456.

These name formats affect the following employee screens:

  • For correspondence:
    • Messages
    • Push Notifications
  • For lists of employees:
    • My Shift Requests (Swap, Give Away)
    • Shift Request Details
    • Peer Schedules
    • Peer Shift Details
