- In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (
).Include Page Main menu 9x icon 20px Main menu 9x icon 20px - From the drop-down list, under the Administration section, select Employee Maintenance.
The Employee Maintenance screen appears in a separate tab.

- To invite one employee:
- In the employee pane, right-click the row for the employee you want to invite.
- Select Paper Invite.
A confirmation dialog box appears. - Click Yes to confirm.
The invitation is sent.
- To invite multiple employees:
- In the bottom left corner (under the employees pane), click Paper Invite.
- From the Send to drop-down list, select either Paper Invite for All Active Unregistered Employees or Paper Invite for New Unregistered Employees.
A confirmation dialog box appears. - Click Yes to confirm.
The invitations are sent.
- To invite one employee:
When employees receive the PDF invitation, they complete the following registration steps:
- Go to the registration URL listed on the invitation.
- Enter their name and email address.
- Enter the information provided on the invitation:
- Client code
- Verification code
- Employee ID
