- Back From Break With Grace. With this work rule, users can configure grace periods on back from break punches so that back punches will be rounded to the break threshold length if they fall within the grace period. This rule is helpful in locations where there are long lines at the Time Clocks. If the work rule is applied, employees only get charged for the break time taken and not the time they spent waiting in line at the Time Clock.
Break Length. Break length (in minutes) to check and round to if the break time falls within the grace period parameter.
Grace Period. If break length falls within +/- grace period (in minutes), the back punch will be rounded to make the break length equal to the configured break length parameter.
- Clock OUT. Denotes that you want the OUT punches from the time clock, to be rounded.
- Grace Post Schedule End. Allows you to determine the grace period after the end of the schedule, after which rounding begins.
- Grace Pre Schedule End. Allows you to determine the grace period prior to the end of the schedule, before which rounding begins.
- Manual OUT. Rounds OUT punches created by users.
- OUT Round To. Rounds OUT punches to the closest designated minute.
- Verify job. Rounds only if the job matches the scheduled job.
