The screen opens to the Time Off Requests view by default. Although each view displays different information, all views show the status of each request.

1Controls
 Request Type

Select the view for the Employee Requests screen. Options include:

Default: Time Off Requests.

Availability Requests/Logs and Shift Requests appear only if an employee has submitted a request through the Mobile App.

Request Status

Select the request status to display:

    • Pending
    • Approved
    • Denied
    • All
Default: All.
On or After

Displays requests from a specific date and any requests after that date.

 

To change the date, either type a date in the field or select a date from the calendar menu.

Default: Current date.

Filter Employees

Filters by job. 

Search

Search for employees by name or employee ID. 

Print Export

Opens a menu to perform the following task:

    • Print - Prints the information that is displayed on the screen.
    • Export - Exports the information to a CSV file.

The columns that appear in the table depend on which type of requests you are viewing. For field descriptions of these tables, see the following pages:

 Add RequestAdd a request for an employee. 
Edit RequestEdit a selected request.This button is available only if an employee is selected in the table.
Import Request

Imports a file with requests.

If a company has several employee requests entered in a file, importing the file is quicker and more efficient than manually adding the requests on the Employee Requests screen.
