The Employee Requests screen allows you edit an employee's schedule for time off as well as the and check employees' availability. Changes to shifts can also be made here. This helps make sure ensures that employees are working hours that are possible and that they are getting paid the right amount for their time off. There can be conflicts with the request if a manager does not change the status to anything other than pendingin time. Otherwise, the request stays a pending request.
