Status drop down menu | Select pending, approved, denied, or cancelled. You can also view all of the status'. | Default is All. |
On or After | Displays requests from a specific date and any requests after that date. | Default is the current date. The On and After field only works properly if the status is chosen as pending. |

Add Request | Add a request to an employee. | Search for an employee by name or ID number in the search bar. |
Edit Request | Edit a request. | Must select an employee first before selecting Edit Request. |
