Caution: Changes or cancellations can not be made after the pay period is closed. If the employee's accrual balance is negative, then a warning will be displayed. A manager can look at a past request but the data is read-only.

 

Employee Requests screen

This table describes the fields found on this screen.

Default is Time Off Requests.

Availability Requests/Logs and Shift Requests only show up if an employee fills out a request on the Mobile App.

Status drop down menuChoose between a Select pending, approved, denied, or cancelled status. You can also view all of the status'.Default is All.
On or AfterDisplays requests from a specific date and any requests after that date.

Add RequestAllows you to add Add a request to an employee.You can search Search for an employee by name or ID number in the search bar.
Edit RequestAllows you to edit Edit a request.You must choose Must select an employee first before selecting Edit Request.
Import RequestAllows you to import Import a request from a file such as Excel.This is a faster Faster option if you have a lot of requests.
