The Employee Requests screen allows you edit an employee's schedule for time off as well as the employees' availability and any changes to shifts. The Edit Time Off Request screen will display how to edit an employee's request.This screen has a few default settings which include:

  1. Request drop down menu
    • Time Off Requests
  2. Status drop down menu
    • All
  3. On or After
    • The current date

Note

Caution: Changes or cancellations can not be made after the pay period is closed. If the employee's accrual balance is negative, then a warning will be displayed. A manager can look at a past request but the data is read-only.

Status drop down menuChoose between a pending, approved, denied, or cancelled status. You can also view all of the status'. 
On or AfterDisplays requests from a specific date and any requests after that date. 

Filter Employees

Allows you to filter by job. 
Add RequestAllows you to add a request to an employee.You can search for an employee by name or ID number in the search bar.
Edit RequestAllows you to edit a requestYou must choose an employee first before selecting Edit Request.
Import RequestAllows you to import a request from a file such as Excel.This is a faster option if you have a lot of requests.
