- In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon ( ).
- From the drop-down list, under the Administration section, select Employee Maintenance.
The Employee Maintenance screen appears in a separate tab.
For more information, see Employee see The Employee Maintenance screen. - Click the Employee Action button ( ).
From the drop-down list, select Export Employees.
The Export Employees dialog box appears.Select the check boxes for the employees you want to include in the exported report. To select all employees, click Select All.
Click OK.
