The Employee Actions menu ( 
) allows you to perform the following tasks that affect multiple employee records:
- Reconcile employees.
- Change records for multiple employees.
- Make pay rate changes to multiple employees.
- Export employees.
- Manage employee badges.
Using these tasks, you can make batch changes to multiple employees rather than individually changing each employee record.
