If your RMS system has been configured to export employee files, you can export a report of employee information (in CSV file format). You can then send the information to another system (for example, HR or payroll).

  1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (  ).
  2. From the drop-down list, under the Administration section, select Employee Maintenance.
    The Employee Maintenance screen appears in a separate tab.

  3. Click the Employee Action button (  ).
  4. From the drop-down list, select Export Employees.
    The Export Employees dialog box appears.

  5. Select the check boxes for the employees you want to include in the exported report. To select all employees, click Select All.

  6. Click OK.
    The dialog box closes, and the report is sent to the destination folder.
