You use Use the Schedule Groups tab on the Employee Maintenance screen to associate an employee with a particular group(s). This feature is used for report grouping. For example, if you want to see a report that displays all the housekeepers who work on floors 1 through 10, you would assign those housekeepers to that schedule group.
