The Reconcile Employees task Reconciling employees allows you to import employee information from another system (HR, Payroll, etc.). The type of information imported depends on the system from which you are importing. After running the reconcile process, RMS identifies employees whose records do not match the information in the system. There are several tabs that you may need to address: Employees to be Terminated, New Employees, Employees with Job Changes, Updated Employees and Employees with Errors. Once complete, the results of the reconcile process can be emailed to multiple recipients.
