  • No Restriction. Allows you to denote that there are no restrictions on the employee's schedule.
  • Shift Definition Schedule Validation. Allows you to denote whether an employee's scheduled shifts need to match the configured shift definitions. For example Break Durations should match Hours Adjustment in configured Schedule Lunch Work Rules.
    • Strict Mode. Allows you to denote whether to disallow scheduling if the definitions do not match or just show a warning.
  • Monthly Required Days Off. Allows you to set the minimum required days off for an employee in a monthly pay period.
    • Days Off in Month Map. Maps days of the month to required days off in the month. The day of the month is based on the first day of the planning period. January is always 1, February is always 2, etc. For example, you can map it so that the 15th day of the January planning period is a required day off by entering 1:15.
