The Change Schedule State task allows you to: close the schedule (Closed for Editing) which means that the schedule can no longer be edited; open the schedule for editing only Home jobs (Open for Home Jobs); or open the schedule for editing only Secondary Jobs (Open for Secondary Jobs). As a user, to access this; Planning->Forecasting->Advanced Options->Change Schedule State. Click on img link to view.
To change the schedule state:
- Choose Planning (found under Labor) from the main menu.
- Click the State/Update button next to Change Schedule State in the task list.
- Select Closed for Editing, Open for Home Jobs or Open for Secondary Jobs.
- Click OK.
