You can see which period is currently open by looking at the Status column in the main Planning screen.

To perform the Change Planning Period task:

1. Choose Planning on the Home page.
2. Choose Forecasting at the bottom of the page.
3. (found under Labor) from the main menu.
4. Click the Open/Change button next to Change Planning Period in the task list. A prompt window appears.
5. Select the appropriate datesdate range.
6. Click OK.
7. Verify that the dates changed in the Status column.
